Globe Life Insurance - Terrible. Multiple errors on my account

My grandfather passed away in April and I was trying to surrender the policy. I didn’t even know he had a policy out on me until he passed. My aunt sent the death certificate in and I kept checking in with them for about two months only to find out they misfiled the information. I called one time after work and spoke to a human that verified my info and transferred me somewhere else. I was on hold for over an hour. I tried emailing the company and it took a week just to get a response. I reached out via social media and they had a manager reach out to me. She was kind and apologetic and advised me that I received misinformation and the items would be fixed. When I finally got my surrender check they messed up my last name (it was hyphenated). The damn social media rep said they had it right. I sent screenshots of the paperwork I submitted with the right name and they didn’t apologize but would have the quality assurance manager follow up again. She advised me that they would FedEx my check. Again, my name is messed up on it and my bank rejected it. It has been almost four months since my grandfather passed and I am still waiting on my money. They also kept calling me during my work hours and I always missed the quality assurance rep’s call. I asked at least 3 times to reach me at a certain time and they disregarded the requests Maybe if the quality assurance rep and her team didn’t *** up so many times I wouldn’t be contacting them constantly about this issue. I told them that I should sue for emotional distress for the stress and anxiety they caused me and they blocked me on Twitter. They also blocked me on Facebook after I shared my frustrations with them. They need to take responsibility for their actions and stop blocking people that need help. I tried to be nice and patient Since I worked in customer service previously but what they did to me is unforgivable. My aunt and uncle also had trouble with them as well so I don’t know why the *** my grandfather used this company. Stay very far away. All I wanted is a check to pay for expenses my grandpa was taking care of for me so I can catch up on some overdue bills. I seriously hope they go out of business.

Globe Life Insurance - My deceased son's benefits

my name is eleanor stewart, mother of travis stewart, 3091 washington blvd, tallassee, alabama 36078. august 20, 2019 my son travis expired. the benefits from his policy 00-9D27219 was completed on sept.19,2019. corbitts funeral home received their payment october 2nd but the remaining benefits hasn't been sent to me. I been getting different response from globe life every time i call them. please help assist in this because he's has outstanding bills I need to take care of please.

Since 1996, I've never had an issue with this company, however I had never increased my Kids policies or made a claim against one of them. A week ago I decided that I would go ahead and increase both of my kids policies that I have always paid faithfully. From the beginning Globe Life has known of my one childs health condition. and always allowed a policy for that child. When I tried to increase this child's policy from ten thousand to fifteen thousand, apparently Globe life had an issue with my child's health. Yes "health" that they always said Health is not an issue. A girl from Globe life called me a few days ago asking me questions about my son's health, At times during the conversation I could barely hear what she was saying. I told her nothing has changed to my knowledge and it has not. That was the last I heard from Globe life. Today I noticed they took out the payment for the increased policy for my 2nd child but not for my 1st child. So I go online and I see that increase in policy is a go for my 2nd child but for my 1st child/son the increase was not put through and I was only charged the usual about for that policy. No email No phone call to tell me WHY Globe Life has an Issue after many years of knowing of my sons condition that has not changed do they feel the need to deny increase in coverage? My children are grown and I have never missed a a payment. If health is not an issue then why is Globe life not honoring my request to increase coverage? It's been years since I opened the policies so it was time. Does this story sounds suspicious.
