Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Globe Life took money every month on time from my bank account for 4 years. When my daughter passed away, they told me to send in proof of over 5 different reports.
After 2 months, customer service told me to send in 2 proofs of death. I faxed those papers. Now they say they need another form from the doctor. I feel I should have been told the correct information from the start.
The reason people get insurance is to bury their loved ones. I could not give my daughter a proper funeral because of miscommunication by Globe Life.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Other information
I've had a policy for 4 years. After my daughter's passing, Globe Life made it impossible to collect.
They asked for at least 10 different pieces of paperwork. It was impossible to get help in my ordeal. Now, two months later, I still can't get in touch with these people.
They're a very poor company. Don't trust them.

So, I talked to a salesman a couple of months ago. I just wanted a quote, but I spoke about my wife and he just signed me up for a bill before we could call again. So, please drop this plan.

Have been calling since July 1, 2024 at various times to Liberty National Life Insurance, to get a phone number removed from policy, if it is on policy, but Liberty National Life Insurance has never ever answered the phone. I have tried to log in, call and message this company to no avail. They do not answer.
I sat over 10 minutes this afternoon on the phone waiting for a customer service to pick up I have emailed them like I said and nothing. Absolute waste of time!

I been experiencing horrible service lately. I haven't been getting anyone on the phone.
No one answer the phone now. It always the automated machine saying they can not transfer your calls. The service has been awlful!!!
Upgrade info on auto voice give yourself an hour to get to live person.
I called number. if i pushed a number it was ignored and I was given choices again.
Tried every number. Said I could hold for next available representative. Wait time nine minutes. Waiting, waiting.
I called every number i could find same back to auto voice with same errors in auto voice assistant.
Every number auto voice with wait time of 9 minutes!
Finely got Chanel. Nice young lady.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The supervisor of the customer service team reached out and personally apologized as well as let me know the service agent is being put through training to correct what happened for future calls. Appreciate the call.
Every time I call and get her as a customer service agent, she always sounds like she doesn't want to help or calling is a super inconvenience.
She is also very condescending. If she does not want to assist customers, make her quit.
Cancelation!
Transfer to other company.
You did not provide me to transfer to whole life insurance!
I requested cancellation on July 10th on phone!
Instead of cancelation You charged me again on July 17 th!
If you DO Not cancel my policy I will let the media to know about you!

I am unable to pay my bills because of a problem on their end with the two things that you have to do to get on* line. It is unbelievable the attitude of this woman when she was telling me what had happened or not happened on my account.
It had been put on auto withdrawal by someone and I was not aware of it. I spoke with someone last week to draw my payment out and she gave me three confirmation numbers, but only one showed up on my bank statement.
This person could not and would not help me with it and thank me for calling and hung up the phone. She needs to be fired.
