Globe Life Insurance - Cannot find the mailing address to send my payment
i lost my payment slip and i do not have the mailing address to send the payment and there are so many different locations to send the payments and they want everyone to send payments online. Not everyone has the knowledge to make payments on line nor does everyone have the confidence to put their banking information online.
Having been hacked in the past, i do not feel secure putting my banking information online and i prefer mailing my bills out.
I need a mailing address for sending this payment. Just add a mailing address for sending payments and make life much easier for everyone that's all I need

I'm in closing the documents that I have filled out, signed, and sent in, trying to get my life insurance policy cashed out. I have been trying to do this since October of last year.
This is ridiculous. I have called and called and called. I have been told they would mail me forms for me to mail back in and still have not gotten those either. I have been very patient, but this is ridiculous.
I want my life insurance policy cash out. I do not know where I need to go from here to get this done, but I am at my wit's end. I am in closing the documents that I have filled out, signed, and sent in multiple times. Sincerely, Brenda Stewart.

Terrible company and terrible customer service
- - Policy canceled months ago, yet charges continued and refunds were denied.
- - They hung up when asked to speak to a supervisor.
Canceled this policy months ago and they continued to take money from my account. Called them again and they told me they couldnt refund for the amount that they took out since cancellation, even the amount that was taken from me that very same day.
Asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me twice.
A friend of mine had this same insurance company for 10 years and when he went to cancel, they never sent him his amount that he had paid up.
This company has very poor customer service and they will find a way to squeeze blood from a turnip. Very Shady.
Definitely DO NOT put your trust or money into this company!

- - Globe Life deducted monthly payments for 4 years.
- - After my daughter's death, they required multiple proofs and now require another doctor's form.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Globe Life took money every month on time from my bank account for 4 years. When my daughter passed away, they told me to send in proof of over 5 different reports.
After 2 months, customer service told me to send in 2 proofs of death. I faxed those papers. Now they say they need another form from the doctor. I feel I should have been told the correct information from the start.
The reason people get insurance is to bury their loved ones. I could not give my daughter a proper funeral because of miscommunication by Globe Life.

I've had a policy for 4 years. After my daughter's passing, Globe Life made it impossible to collect.
They asked for at least 10 different pieces of paperwork. It was impossible to get help in my ordeal. Now, two months later, I still can't get in touch with these people.
They're a very poor company. Don't trust them.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The supervisor of the customer service team reached out and personally apologized as well as let me know the service agent is being put through training to correct what happened for future calls. Appreciate the call.
Every time I call and get her as a customer service agent, she always sounds like she doesn't want to help or calling is a super inconvenience.
She is also very condescending. If she does not want to assist customers, make her quit.
