Life insurance on George H. Duff with Globe for many years and now that we need their help, Globe representatives not there to deal with our problem.

All we get is "Reinstatement" papers and even though checks sent to reinstate, have not accomplished one thing with Globe.

I want a copy of my brother's policy but to no avail. At this point, I want what has been paid into his life insurance policy since his policy is what they say "is in good standing". Don't know what else to do to accomplish closure, but this is better than nothing!!!!! No representative gives the same information as another which indicates they don't know or are just fumbling with words to confuse the policy holder.

Their double talk has left my family devastated and uninsured.

What do we do now?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Poor customer service, False advertising refusing to pay policies.
