Called 5 times and either you are on hold for over a 1/2 hour or everyone is too busy, call back on Wednesday or Thursday (huh?). They changed the policy since my son turned 26 and sent ZERO notices with the new premium.

Then when I said I wanted to cancel, they wouldn't cancel without speaking to my son...what do you mean? I'm the one paying the bill for over 10 years. So what happens if I don't pay the bill, the girl says "it will lapse in 120 days".

That's how you cancel a policy!. On top of that, everyone I spoke to had an attitude.

Monetary Loss: $800.

I didn't like: Poor communication within company, Not forthcoming on insurance plans, Poor customer service.

My Mother and i payed her monthly dues she got the policy and doesnt speak english, was told it was a life term policy but was only a 5 yr term she lost close to $5000, they would not speak to me after all the money was coming out of both our accounts!!!!, now im still paying for my two sons, lets see what happens next!!!!
