My wife died in November.I filed a claim the first of December sent all the requested documents. They sent me a letter in January claiming the Death Certificate is a copy. They will not respond to my emails, when I call they put me on hold and never let me talk with a person who might help. The Death Cert. is certified from the state of Virginia. My son NICHOLAUS SCROGGINS died June 21st of this year.I had to send in his death certificate twice along WITH his medical records, orbituary, police records, and after 2 months they were still saying they haven't received it. I had no clues what I was doing when my father passed on 6/2/26.The customer service told me what to do and need to send in the document 6/8/16. The customer service said "sorry for loss to me and family". I meant a lot to me and family. The claim is in processing. We have a lot of bills to catch up. We are broke right now. I was surprised and the customer service is very helpful. Thanks.Chandy
