I had no clues what I was doing when my father passed on 6/2/26.The customer service told me what to do and need to send in the document 6/8/16. The customer service said "sorry for loss to me and family". I meant a lot to me and family. The claim is in processing. We have a lot of bills to catch up. We are broke right now. I was surprised and the customer service is very helpful. Thanks.Chandy
