My mom passed away and was insured by Globe Life insurance however the insurance company don't tell the beneficiaries any information when me or my sister called them they say the claim was completed on May the 1st I received a summary of where benefits was issued to on May 8th the envelope was postmarked for the May 5th which means it only took 3 days to get me however my sister received her benefits with no summary and I received the summary with no benefits I talked to the claims department serval times they asked me to wait 15 business days which I did and still yet have received anything so now I have to wait until June the 1st for them to start a investigation and lord knows how long that will take its one thing I lost my mother but now even worst I have to fight with her insurance company after me and my sister paid out of our pockets up front this is definitely a disaster
