My experience with globe life insurance is becoming a total nightmare. My mom past away on May 26th 2015.

I buried her on June 1st 2015. I sent globe life her death certificate and orbitary. I was told by globe life they received it on June 9th 2015 I gave them all of my information as well as my brother and sister information as they were beneficiarys as well. I was told by globe life we need do nothing because they were obtaining her medical records because claim was contestable.

A month went by I called globe life and was told I needed to submit a claim form. One would think after death certificate and orbitary was received claim form would be mail. I submitted claim form with my mom's primary care physician statement as well as medical records release on July 5th 2015. Every time I call globe life to check the status of our claim I'm being told they are still awaiting receipt of my mom's medical records from primary care physician as well as the hospital records.

It's is now September 4th 2015. Globe life is telling me they still haven't received her medical records mind you her primary care physician has faxed confirmation to globe life claim department on two occasions.

I myself as well submitted her primary care physician 46 page medical records to globe life claims department out of frustration and have confirmation as well. This experience for me and my family is horrible we are mourning the death of our mother and have to go threw this nightmare with globe life !!!!

OK.Why would anyone have to submit an medical report in the first place?All the information globe life ins. co needs is on the death report from the medical examiners office.My grandson pasted away a year ago OK.Globe life paid my claim with no problems.$25.000 dollars.Evidently there is a problem with the cause of death.

Never submit medical records hire an att first thing rite away. With globe life you always hire an att rite away.

I emailed the requested information for your claims manager to look into my claim. I wrote a detailed description of my experience from the date I submitted death certificate and obituary to the present date.

Email was sent September 22nd 2015 I have received no reply was of yet. Thanks for your prompt attention in this matter.

My mother has been paying for her insurance since 2005 they cancelled her because she turned 80, and would not give her a dime back. Now at 80 she has to look for other insurance, she may as well bank it, then being ripped off
