My two kids NyQuan Tharpe and Jermaia Warren both were misgendered My daugter was placed as a maan And my son as a woman His name is NyQuan not Ny Quan so his name NyQuan should be together Jermaia female NyQuan male When thise things oare correct on rhwy policy I will pay I want to makw sure there will be no problem with the insurance when needed Thank You! for your time and understanding Toni Warren

Bad experience - Agents needs educated

On June 17, 2019 I was released from the hospital. My Doctor & Specialists along with DHS, my Social worker & I has tried several attempts to get my Insurance Assistance form so that I can receive Advantage Home Health Care. June 17th, 2019 I was told my the Agent they would be sending the form. I called again on June 24th & 25th because, I get the run around by Globe Life Agents . Some Agents never heard of the form and they put me on hold to speak to their supervisor. Then, I har 2 Agents tell me they could fax me the form. I don't own a fax machine. So, I had to call then funeral home that's going to do a prepaid funeral and so that DHS " Department Of Human Resources " can help me get extra help with my healthcare. Like home health. I get the run around with Globe Life and if I don't get this form. I can loose my chance of getting healthcare in my home. It doesn't take 72 hours to do a fax. I'm in the same state of Globe Life & it doesn't take 2 - 3 weeks to receive this form before the deadline. SO. I'm very disappointed with Globe Life. As I need Advantage Health Care. Like I say. Some Agents know what I'm talking about as others don't have no clue. Its a simple form to send to me by mail or fax to the Funeral home I provided to their Agents. I need this form very soon. For my State Social worker.

My insured slip and fell by weed whacking fracturing his hip. Because he did not died immediately he was in a long painful journey that lead him to hospice. Because the nurse said his hear stopped Dr. wrote on the Death Certificate heart failure. GLOBE IS DEFENDING NOT TO PAY because death certificate fails to say because of the fall that contributed to his death. He paid years of premiums and want me to sue them when I have no money to hire attorneys

On July 3, 4 and 11 2019 I call because they had my date of birth wrong and wanted to correct it. This Julia person was so nasty and ruled as the one before her. I cancelled all three policy and will go some where else. I want spend my money paying their pay check to talk to me any kind of way. They wouldn't have a job if they didn't have customers!

i have had several bad experiences with Globe billing dept.when i make pymts.I am told my husband policy is not due for several months always saying payments retuned when they was paid now they are takink thier lovely time telling me about my money they can talk all day long about payments and when they are wrong company will not say they are use excuse they did not see it but they ask to see my bank statements looking at all my damn business if i could get all of my money bk on all 3 policy i have with them i would and go to another insurance company

Lied of the cost. I signed up for $15.00 a month and received the monthly bill it was $21.00.

Disputed the cost and tried to tell me that my doctor gave them a statement of my health but never could tell me what doctor and what was said. Then they brought up something about Omaha insurance which I had signed up for globe. Then I was told about the underwriter etc. Just lies and lost confidence and would never recommend this company to nobody.

I did speak to a representative and it may not have been you but I wasn't satisfied. I received information afterwards trying to proved to me that you guys were correct. I am over it and have gone to other insurance and no I will not recommend your company.

For the 1st 3 yrs they took it out when they was suppose to but then when I took the xtra insurance out, they got later and later on taking my $ out. They made me negative on my account twice, costing me 29.00 each time. Now that could've been 6 months of payments. So I cancelled you. You will NOT get a good review from me.
