My fathers death

Faxed all my dads info (passed 5/23/20)actually faxed twice at $33 each time. They claimed they dint get it.

I physically mailed it and they said they didnt receive anything. My lawyer got in the phone and faxed the info. They said it would be taken care of in 48 hrs.

That was three weeks ago. I called yesterday and they said it was under review.

CST and are up and running and ready to serve you.

Please call us at 1-800-742-6787 and we'll be happy to assist you. We do not buy policies back but we could assist you in canceling yours if this is what you need us to do.

I was supposed to have the payment on my 13 grand and great grandchildren. made on my Master card.

My credit card tells me it did not get charged. Please call me Barbara Hefner-Parks 517-278-****. I do not want these policies to lapse.

Your machine does not have the ability to offer me the chance to speak with a customer service person. I can not handle this on line.

You might want to find a local insurance agent who handles many insurance companies in your area. Sit down with him and see what he can offer you and compare with the policies and costs of the Globe ones.

I suspect you will find this cheaper and/or more insurance gained with another term insurance company. I have never found Globe's insurance policies to be that competitive in cost of premiums and payouts when you do an actual comparison.

Hi my name is Rocshelle Williams I have been try to get my mother some insurance I sent in an application for me and my mother I got two letters to call globe one person told why I just do a application over the phone I ask her how long will it take she started about 15min I told my nurse was coming so I can't be on the phone when she come she said ok I let him know he wanted to talk to my mom to make sure it was ok for me to talk to him but befor I put in the phone I told him she doesn't understand a lot I do every thing for my mom he went on and on I told she dont understand and he smart with me and they sent him back on the phone I guess his the only one do it over the phone and yes I got his name it was christ not how to spell his name sorry I was wasn't treaded right talk to right and was switch to about 6 peoples today I had you all for years that's why I wanted to come back after losing my granny it said no health question or texts and other stuff dont have papers in front of me christ hanged up on me today yesssssss he did I told me today that they closed my application down and say that that turn my mother down didn't say why ya'll need to send some of yall workers back to customers services ASAP and will a upper management please respond to me ASAP I tryed to get the CEO EMAIL BUT DIDN'T I WILL CALL THE NEWS THEY WILL GET IT FOR ME I WASN'T TREADED FAIR ROCSHELLE WILLIAMS

Application was denied

I'm not satisfied ,globe life doesn't want to insure my son because he has a kidney condition so they rather string him along and say that they couldn't contact him.They want him to write a letter why they didn't approve his application. That's unprofessional in my opinion but that's globe life insurance.

I how a business can be so irresponsible have called numerous times to Globe. They say they cannot assist but will transfer me to an extension that can.

No one answers and one is unable to leave even a message. The same attitude with emails. No answer to any of my emails. I recently sent a registered letter to their legal department.

So far no response. I do not know the status of any of the three accounts I have.

I do not know how this company can be so irresponsible. Help please.

Several weeks ago, this company agreed to a sum to forfeit my policy. I agreed and signed paper. They then proceeded to forfeit my granddaughter's policy. I tried to contact through this foru Their answer was"it" was fixed. What was fixed. Is granddaughter's policy back in effect? What happened about my policy? I need the money to survive now. I need answers. I have been with this company for over 30 years. I deserve better business communication and not the hang ups and lack of professional answers I have been given. I need help.
